ive done this shit twice. once both legs. both during hockey. the second time i did it my knee cap was on the inside of my leg floating around. Tore my acl mcl pcl and muscles around the knee. both times. sucks cock, and hurts like a bitch but the good thing is you can play hockey once its healed.
