@Linava09 Sorry, that does not fit the title reign. Look at the video: Hogan is the WCW world heavyweight champion. Without knowing when it is, it have to be in one of his reign where Stinger was around. There is two major feud between the two, which mean we could limit to 1997 or in the fall 1999 (before the reboot). The second was outside the title, the first one was with Hogan and Sting exchanging the title. This mean it was probably before Owen's accident.

@02pete The way that was done was so that the attention would be on Shawn all the way thru the descent (a diagonal one if I'm not mistaken)....when sting came down from the raptors it was supposed to be like a surprise attack. Vince had Owen do something similar at that tragic PPV (straight down) and the release got triggered accidentially.
