Sparring is sparring, you are looking far too into it. Of course a prized prospect like Mayweather doesn't want to be shown up, but sparring in general is just practice. And we are taught at my gym to only go super hard on guys from other gyms that want to spar.

I remember beatin' this dudes ass in the gym, two days later he whipped my ass, so this type of shit happens, but remember, Floyd jus comin' back to the gym and this is his first day sparring, Spadafora was ready for his fight

Sparring is sparring, you are looking far too into it. Of course a prized prospect like Mayweather doesn't want to be shown up, but sparring in general is just practice. And we are taught at my gym to only go super hard on guys from other gyms that want to spar.

It is not about winning or looking good during a sparring sessions. When Ali sparred the casual observer would say he's getting his ass kicked but it's intentional he is working on specific stuff. The reason why it went to a draw and Marquez gunned him down was because he had not a complete arsenal of punches.

@steveazusa Steve I think u misunderstood what Manny has already agreed to, Pac did not say start testing me during last 7 days b4 fight. The first negotiation failed due to Floyd wanting random testing up to 14 days b4 fight and Manny wanted random blood testiong cutoff of 24 days and only urine thereafter. After Floyd vs Mosely fight, Manny then agreed to and surpassed Floyds original demand by agreeing to random blood testing from beginning of training up until 7days b4 fight

Manny feels as if drawing blood too close to the fight may weaken him similar to what happened in his lost to Marquez where took blood 1 day prior to fight due to a mix up. So you see Floyd now wants blood testing up till fight in which Manny proposal should already suffice except to Floyd. Mind you, Floyd was not throwing a fit for his random blood testing with Mosely being cut off 18 days b4 fight.

Really, it just boils down to Floyd making road blocks to not make the fight happened. Floyd was already guaranteed $50million but demands $100million. His camp even suggested that a representitive of Mayweather be present in Pacquaio's camp during training.

@steveazusa Marquez was the one who ducked Manny. After the 2nd fight, Marquez was offered a third fight and he turned it down. I don't really think Marquez is going to be competitive in the upper weight classes and he knows it. For Marquez this is cash fight, he will make some money and then retire. Also, Manny agreed to random drug testing up to 7 days till the fight and now Floyd wants all the way till the fight.
