Light movers are great, I use use them everywhere. No hot spots, even growth and less electricity and heat. NO downside.

@GuerillaGanja it all depends on your situation. i like linear movers in long closets. they help tremendously. can't really beat a 1000w or 600w on a light rail 3.5 in a bedroom closet...

The ventilation system is pretty rad, but there seems to be a longer period of no direct light while your mover is moving the second set of lights over...It is definitely a sweet set up, but why try and act like yours is superior?!

Your grow room is indeed very awesome! Those strains really look so healthy and amazing! It must really be because of the lighting that they receive aside from the nutrients that you're feeding them. The light mover is certainly working great!

what do you think the advantages are of using a full spectrum throughout the entire grow as opposed to a MH during veg and HPS for bloom?

Great setup, I want something like this for a smaller space like 6x6 or something. I'd put the plants in a circle, have a light hanging vertically in the donut hole and have light movers circle the top of colas. Good idea???

@headshot333 mixed lighting with the LEDs to give more angles and penitraton. when the lights move, you can put them closer to the canope. there are other smalll advantages...

30 percent ultraviolet in the hps bulbs along with 1 -125watt cfl with a batwing hood.

@rockondon thank you don. this is the mixed lighting part of the testing. i'll admit that the yield was probably more(not much) om the all HID grow, but the quality of the buds in this room was phenominal! potency and density. i was amazed you could see the differance with the naked eye. still not my best work...

3. yes, alot. there are no hot spots anywhere in the room. but most importantly the angles of light help penatrate the canopy soooo much better.
