Yeah, very clever band. They really progressed with Self Made Maniac. 60 seconds is flawless as is a lotta this album. Why oh why did they split???? I would love to see em back with another record. Ive got their entire catalogue including some rare singles which i'm quite proud of!!

Ditto mate. China Drum were a massive missing link in the 90's between Indie and Punk. I saw em 10 times live, never seen em do a bad gig.

Yeah i think they did another album didnt they? I saw them play with Suicidal Tendencies in 2000 with this line up and was mighty impressed.

Its weird though coz they came out in the midst of all that Britpop tripe which i totally hated.

Goosefair is legendary now and i listen to it a lot still.

They did some amazing b -sides too like Drown It one of their best songs ever.

Yeah as The Drum they did an album called Diskin............... not too good to be fair but the first 2 albums and all the singles and B sides were quality.

I can say that the lads have said (well at least 2 of them anyway)that they wouldnt mind a jamming session and if it happens it happens! However a reunion isnt likely anytime soon as 1 of the boys doest seem to be interested.

Luckily for him, China Drum's singer was itching to liberate himself from the drum stool in order to become a true frontman.

The do may have looked good on Bjork. Just not on douchebag drummers for hire. But, such is life.
