I think that is a function of an immature tree. Avocados are in high demand these days so sometimes but not often I don't think you can get one from a young tree that is hearty enough to produce fruit but the fruit isn't matured. If you come across this often you may want to purchase from a different grocer. It may just be where they are getting their avocados. These fiber can be eaten but certainly take away from the smooth texture they should have. Try a new grocer. Sugar
Hey Sugar! Sometimes, when I use the more soft avocados for guac, they are often times stringy when I mix them. Do you know what that is?
