However I go out drinking occasionally with some special forces Pararescue Airmen on my base, men whose job it is to jump from a helecopter to saved down soldiers... and more then one of them is liberal while at the same time more of a man then anyone I know.

@shovelniron Perhaps I am a tad sensitive... but I work as a Security Forces member in the airforce and I am supposed to be sensitive to the feelings of others who work in a high stress job to ensure that we don't have an unplesant situation.

Sensitivity and empathy are not a weaknes... they are a strength. Being able to understand others is a good thing.

@biggamerjh1 if you are a Security Forces airmen then you're supposed to be sensitive to the situation and the way you interact with others... it doesn't mean you need to be a softy who gets offended by a little word. in fact if that's your mindset you don't need to be a Security Forces troop/airman at all. what happens when your sensitive feelings are pushed too far...and you're like Law Enforcment for the AirForce. I don't think so....and if people can't handle the stress they need to get out

You clearly don't understand what basic is like, it does not produce emotionless robots.

If you want to judge me or any other Airman then do our job, not for a day but for a month.
