This is my first time seeing your videos. Checked out your first vid, then this one. Like everyone else has said, you can definitely see the difference. The Ab RipperX stuff is similar to the Power 90 program. Ab Ribber 200 is immediately after your cardio/kempo exercise. I find that it's easier to do Ab Ribber after cardio. I tried it after sculpting once and I could barely make it through the exercise, lol. Anyway, good vid and great results so far!

Hey SuperWade! Back and Biceps is nutz! I have it today! Yeah Ab ripper X is after all the weight training workouts. I have the P90x Pull up bar and it is awesome barely budged when I hung from it at 284 pounds and it has like 7 different pull up and chin up grips
Wade, you're supposed to do Ab Ripper 3 times a week and in Phase 1 it's after chest & back, shoulders and Arms and Legs and Back I believe but You've been skipping them. There's no Ab Ripper X on Recovery Week! You'll get into I'm sure and yes you're supposed to do it Day 1, 3, and 5 during this phase just like the first phase.

Yes. Invest in a good bar...one you're confident in so you can really knock out the pull ups. Love the Incredible Hulk voice. Awesome. lol

It's funny cause I wasn't going to do my workout last nite, was going to double up on Wednesday. But I thpought about ur crazy ass doing ur wkouts at 1 and 2 in the morning, lol. I was like I can do this, and thing is it wasn't even really late like 10 maybe, my lil man would not go to sleep.
