I don't think the problem is control. The main issue is what one can do after he takes control of an impoverished third world country. To effect change would probably take decades. And I'm not even Bill Gates. So throwing money on education and other improvements is out of the question. I'm not sure I'm wiling to toil and wait for success to come. I suppose I would be better off tolerating governments in first world countries. Thanks for the response though.
