this glitch is like this situation: u are playing as freon against an armless opponent. stun your opponent and do his fatality (blood slushy). the opponent will have no head but will be still in dizzy stance.

This game was never ported to any home consoles, so the only way to play it is to download it on MAME (Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator), or find a Blood Storm arcade machine.
