Actually when this aired in the US on MTV's Amp (the first one) someone made a mistake with it....

-It was all black and white

-It played about 20% faster...which I liked a lot more.

I suspect the original video was shot in PAL, and someone simply queued it up to be played back in NTSC... that or they really liked it better.

I have the VHS copy I recorded of it from back in the day on the PC, but it's pretty ragged quality.
