I had the pleasure of talking with Barbra Streisand before the album was released. She told me how difficult it was and how ironic she found it that people thought she was powerful force in the record business. She said so far she'd had to fight to do everything she wanted to do and believed in as artist. She was a surprise for me, a totally, natural and down-to-earth person, no diva side, and of course very intelligent and very very beautiful.
