@cocainecola6d9 - The "piece of shit bi-pod" is a $180 Special Operations SOPMOD Bipod made out of Stainless Steel, with Raptor Feet. It's adjusted loose so it does not tear the hell out of the wood benches under recoil.
@weaponeer Ok $180 isn't that much, who gives a shit if its a "SOPMOD" also who gives a shit if its made out of "stainless steel" which really isn't that stainless. And "RAPTER FEET" lol that means nothing to me. I actually was complementing your gun but you were just looking at the glass half empty. lol Also Harris bi-pods is were it at!
@cocainecola6d9 - 1. you don't compliment someone starting with the words piece of shit, 2. You don't seem to know what SOPMOD is. 3. Stainless steel is called corrosion-resistant steel or CRES 4. Harris (I have them too) are just Aluminum Alloy with some Steel Parts, which is why I don't use it with the 50 BMG. 5. Raptor feet is are wide foot print with three CRES steel spikes. great on the ground, but tears up wood benches unless you loosen them like mine is in the video.
- Continued as for "looking at the glass half empty" I neither look at something as half full nor half empty. It's just a half a glass, meaning I see things as they are, not troubled by a nearly empty, or a nearly full glass, but thankful that I have a glass to begin with.
I have been trying to deside witch 50 I would like to buy. First I am a reloader second I will be using a ar15 receiver. What kind of hammer spring do you have in this set up? Was looking at the bohica 50 but just cant make my mind up. What would you recommend? Thanks
@strawser2 - mine is magazine fed (side) which is why I went with it in the first place. it comes with a special hammer and heavier hammer spring (50 primers are tough), and you also don't need the AR bolt hold open either. stay away from stay away from any 50 that does not like surplus ammo. the Ultramag does well with surplus, which means it would do fine with reloading as well. I like the ultramag. I'm glad I bought it.
@jason200912 - but you can't shoot the M2 from the shoulder. with this I can shoot the same ammo, and it's only an inch longer than an M16A2, and the weight is 16 lbs. (If I could afford the M2 I would have one)
@etucker5007 - mine is unique due to it's 18 inch barrel. it's about 2 inches longer than an M16A2, making it an extremely portable anti material rifle for engagements out to 1,000 yards. most engagements are at far shorter distances, so this rifle can be shoulder fired very easy. the trace depends on the ammunition used. you don't want a trace out the barrel because tracers work both ways
@weaponeer Thanks for your reply! The 18" is the one I want. It just seems more manageable than the long barrels, plus I want something I can shoot off hand.
The round was already in the chamber and the weapon was on safe during this short clip. you can see the bolt handle forward of my right hand in the video.
lmfao, dont you guys LOVE how mucKc CNN knows? i just watcKhed a cKouple videos on the cKurrent mexicKan drug war,and like 3-4 of them said the .50 BMG is involved...cKalling it the "biggest and most powerful cKaliber rifle you cKan legally buy" LMFAOdont you just LOVE how smart the news cKhannels try sounding? -_-...
you are right, easy to fire one handed. I have also shot the AW50 one handed with the stock folded(australian version). The hardest part is doing it without the range OIC seeing you

@weaponeer Whats the barrel length on this upper? also do .50 tracers trace from the barrel or do the ignite at 100 yards like the 5.56?
