@policecrownvictoria In this one I've used ENBSeries and the Radiance Mod. ENB is what you're seeing with the bloom around the lights, especially the ELS-H (rotator) lightbars, makes them look fantastic. The Radiance mod just makes all light sources alot brighter, which is why the lights on the roof of taxis are so bright. For the ENB one, google it, should come up fairly easily and you'll need to do some reading about it. Radiance is on GTA Police Mods.

@TheAuzzyboy I used the TrafficFlow mod from the folks that make LCPDFR. I believe it's on their site which is in the video description. Have a hunt around on there.
@KybensVideos but that only works for gta iv right? ive got eflc and apperantly it doesnt work and also ive tried it or something like it and yea it doesnt work :( do u know of anything that works for eflc? thanks :)
@TheAuzzyboy It should work for EFLC as well. I've had alot of issues with memory and such since I started using the latest version though -- often cars won't spawn and if I have two or three cars with ELS going, it'll crash on me or buildings won't render and textures pop. Just found out there's another fix, gonna look into that and will let you know if it's any good.
@KybensVideos yea ive had lots of texture loading problems as well i had 2 remove all of my car mods and i still get it sometimes, also i hated els because any car with it on cant get damaged and i have lcpdfr and i like a hard/realistic pursuit where mine or my backup's cars can get damaged/damaged out i think its cooler, btw thanks 4 helping :D
@47Jason74 Yeah. There are a few inconsistencies in this one - had alot of issues with crashing and the likes and ended up just getting sick of it all so I used what I had. Good spot though!
@seanandbjbro124 Howdy. I'm using a registered (paid for) version of Fraps to capture the videos and Corel Video Studio Pro to put them together. To be honest, not entirely impressed the Video Studio... for $150 it could be a little easier to use.
@xbloodxmoneyx47 Yeah, had alot of issues with crashing while making this one so I ended up using as little as possible. I suppose given they had a rough location from the 60k from Melbourne sign, would've been able to get it. ;)
