yes try to melt salt thats a good idea maybe you can make sodium from sodium chloride and use that as a fuel to make more hydrogen as you put it in water Caution sodium + water = BOOM!
...try keep your hand on that flame for 5 seconds, then you'll tell me what's the size of the hole it creates... The video shows that the flame keeps on burning underwater, and the water isn't getting (much) hot. It doesn't require oxygen form the surrounding environment to burn, so you can use it underwater and weld metals too. Other welding techniques have similar characteristics.
So, you seem to have a gas rig, could you put the flame under the glass and let us see if it will boil the water? also, how hot have you been able to achieve heating ceramics and brick? I am thinking it could be a powerful steam generator if this stuff really heats bricks up to 5000 or 8000 degrees.
uuuhhhh no. NaCl is a poor choice for making Na. Sodium hydroxide is a better compound and you will need a power supply - 5V @ 50 amps should be good

puts sum bricks (or tungsten w/e) in da water and hooks it up to a steam generator
PS What does it do to salt??? can't you make it molten? i think it works for this if it'll heat it.
yes? nos?

That's why one cannot be burnt by the flame produced with Brown's Gas, but hair will burn as it contains no water.
