I dont think the round thigns were for the batons.. I think it used for the police officers flashflight i have a cop that lives next door and ive seen him have that holding his flash light or it could be used for both

$2 for the PR-24's is a great deal. I had a cop living down the street from me give me one once. It had a bit of a warp to it but it still was in great shape. Good find.

But check local papers, and if you can, get on the email lists from a few auction companies

Schools, government agencies, out of business companies, etc all have great deals
