  • I injured my back, this is a great exercise, but I wouldn't recommend it as relaxing to some one with a back injury. Got to be careful. thanks for sharing.

  • @VrM1104 Yoga works for everyone ... just be careful of your junk when you sit or roll, but all positions are done slowly and without impact so you should be safe.

    I suggest going to a library near you and rent yoga video's, that's what i did, and i lost a lot of weight!!!

  • I feel really relaxed after doing this :)

    If you have problems falling asleep, try eating a banana before going to bed! And if you do this routine too, you'll sleep like a baby :P haha

  • @Lovise95 Yes, especially true if you are lacking vitamin B6. Bananas are an excellent source! If you are a cold person, though, add nutmeg to your banana as banana is energetically a "cold" food.

  • She does a great job delivering a calming, relaxing vid here. Her voice and slow delivery are wonderful, but her plank pose at 4:33 looks pretty bad.
