I didn't expect to find this here, and I'm glad I did.

I wonder if I'm the only one who was this deeply touched by Muvluv Alternative? It changed me completely, as I personally felt like I went through the experiences that Takeru went through. Although one may say that I was affected too much by Muvluv Alternative..

This was splendidly done, and really kudos for this great performance!

@geenius3ab Not really, Muv-Luv Alternative changed me the same way Neon Genesis Evangelion felt.

Over the course of 3 series, the visual novels gives a deep sense of attatchemnt to the characters (The game's being long adds onto that).

@gbatemper123 Personally I was left totally cold in Neon Genesis Evangelion.. I had no emotions towards it..The setting may look the same, but it really is quite different.

Attachement? I agree... But was that all?.. I felt sadness, sorrow, feeling of loss, despair, happiness, peace of mind, and plenty of other feelings..

I still do feel that I felt something that I wasn't supposed to feel, cause I'm strongly annoyed by the type of merchandising Age does, and also the Altered Fable..

@geenius3ab Yeah, the ending was absolutely horrible. It makes perfect sense though.

1. Sumika wanted to make a world that was fair and gave everyone a fair chance, if Takeru retained his memories of the Alter verse, he would go after Sumika obviously.

2. If Takeru retained his memories he would be subjectively a 20 year old War veteran of fighting Alien and seeing all his closes comrades dying. He wouldn't be able to adjust to normal life.

@geenius3ab Muv-Luv still made me feel very depressed, it took me literally several weeks of playing Extra and Altered Fable to get over it. Total Eclipse (Light novel) ending made me even more pissed/sad, my favorite character dies! I swear, AGE is the master of playing with your emotions. Muv-Luv and Kimi ga nozomu eien is a perfect example.

@gbatemper123 Depressed?.. I did feel that, but did I also feel depressed after ending it?.. No..

For me MLA is more about accepting what happened, it was sad, it was happy, it was unforgettable.. It's a experience that I wouldn't want to give away.

I more felt depressed after ending it cause all the people in this world are crooked, and that this world really isn't any better off in the moment.. Our mind-sets, our attitudes, everything is a waste.
