They haven't been able to walk like this since the full version was released, for some reason. Only the demo had "galloping".

Point the mouse over one of the backbones and scroll with the mouse wheel.

how do you make it run and how do you got the jaws the way they are?

Double-click to make it run, and the mouth are mandibles turned sideways (hold TAB and you can rotate things in extra ways).
