@bluesky i dont know where you worked at or if you from the states or something but where my partner works and a few of the other clubs she has friends in its a no touch club and any of the girls who can use the pole for real usually do until late in the night when their usually to tired too not to mention that my partner also does shows with a lot of pole work same as many of her friends

Well, I know for me, barefoot dancing with a pole, I never got bruising and it was much easier barefoot, the stillettos and dance shoes are so bad for your back and feet...they kill your feet and they don't make good shoes in those dance shoes that are good for your feet, knees, or back.
Here in Utah we have some zones in where stripping isn't allowed and the government was running into problems where people wanted to host these artistic pole shows, so all this shit was going on between whether it was considered stripping or not between community, gov, withing each other, and etc... I the end I think one community allowed the show even though stripping wasn't allowed.

The shoes keep the feet from bruising if there is a move that requires climbing. It can be done bare foot. There is more pain involved w bare feet.

Well, I know for me, barefoot dancing with a pole, I never got bruising and it was much easier barefoot, the stillettos and dance shoes are so bad for your back and feet...they kill your feet and they don't make good shoes in those dance shoes that are good for your feet, knees, or back.

Here in Utah we have some zones in where stripping isn't allowed and the government was running into problems where people wanted to host these artistic pole shows, so all this shit was going on between whether it was considered stripping or not between community, gov, withing each other, and etc... I the end I think one community allowed the show even though stripping wasn't allowed.

I seen a few comments "why do they have to dress like that?" Well if you think of it, if she was wearing jeans or sweat pants, she wouldnt be able to grip onto the pole with the legs. she would slide. Even reg shorts would get in the way. Its easier and almost seems safer.

There's a difference: police wears a UNIQUE uniform, which nobody can buy in a standard clothing store: it's a "costume". Strippers wear REGULAR clothing, which you can find in a normal store, which normal women DO wear, because it's not a UNIFORM like the police officer's is.
Strippers just wear very sexy normal woman's clothing. It makes them FEEL sexy. Likewise, dressing skimpy and revealing makes a non-hooker woman FEEL sexy, it doesn't make her a fuckin' hooker!

They wear few clothes because their skin gives them traction on the pole so they can hold on better. Kind of the way competitive swimmers wear bathing suits so they can move faster and have less resistance in the water. The platforms in their heels are weighted which helps them throw their weight around to spin faster or slower. Look. As much as you don't want to face reality. The anatomy of the female and male body differ greatly. The difference is that a women's breasts for example are "sexualized". I don't quite agree with you that it is more acceptable for a man to reveal himself than it is for a woman too. In fact, I'd actually argue the opposite. It is becoming more and more acceptable to dress revealing. Saying that women shouldn't dress a certain way, is not conforming to a social norm, because it isn't NORMAL.
