@MacKnight You're not quite understanding me. Only a group of space wolves or blood Angels( and their successors) could actually pull off such a stunt and win. Why? Because they're oriented towards close combat.

Blood Angels have an incredibly strong taste for the blood of their enemies. Many have abandoned better firing positions to charge right into their enemies and they usually win such engagements. Space Wolves too. The smart thing to do was to pick off the orks with their heavy weapons.
