I saw him open for Conor Oberst & The Mystic Valley Band, and it blew my mind. I'm not sure if they did this at every show but for two of his songs Macey Taylor and Nik Freitas from Conor's band played bass and drums behind Bondy. It was an astounding experience.

Saw A A a couple of weeks ago at The Academy in Manchester, England. He was supporting The Felice Brothers. He had a bad throat but his voice was amazing as were his songs.

At least on the album it sounds like its just E, A, and Bm

drop-D, capoed at second fret. chords are D (at first just on bass strings), B-suspended (2nd fret 5th string, 5th fret 4th string), A and G (up on the 5th fret because the bass string is dropped to D).

We know, his name is Scott Bondy and he was in some corporate rock band who wanted to bank off the sucess of Nirvana and he got tired of the b/s, so he left and started playing music true to his heart on an independent record label where he was free to be true to himself. This is a prime example of why mainstream corporate-fused music SUCKS!!!

His name is Scott Bondy .He had a very good rock band called Verbena in the late 90's .the cds can be found very cheap on amazon . I bought one for a penny! The music is quite a bit louder .than this acoustic stuff though.Thanks for posting Monty
