  • The safest way to bench is to go paralell to the floor with your upper arms.

    Shorter guys with short arms will have it parelell when hitting the bar to the chest, im 6'5 and I do absolutely dont have it paralell when hitting the chest, but I still hit the chest becouse it feels like cheating otherwiese.

    But Kali kan do whatever the fuck he wants and he's doing it the safe way.

  • Bodybuilding lifting isn't nearly the same to powerlifting. It's to sculpt the physique, not properly push weight. Partials target the pecs at a greater rate. Full lockouts incorporate tri's and shoulders for stabilization.

  • First of all, from what I've seen, back from high school football, to the gym in college that I go to, but black people tend to be accelerated in physical strength and performance. African-Americans have a greater density of fast-twitch muscle fibers within the muscle bodies. This sort of muscular morphology would also lend to a 'leaner' muscle body. Think about it, Kali muscle is huge, and lean at the same time.

  • Just cause you lift alot dont mean u use steroids I saw my friend bench 405 all natural he was about 200 lbs 5 foot 8 in. its not impossible to lift crazy weight I benched 260 when I weighed 155 and I dont even work out alot if I did I'd be benching over 300 lbs.
