You may not understand, but think of it like bugs. many humans do not have the mindset to think killing bugs is cruel, people do it all the time and do not even have a bit of remorse! This is also true with pigs, cattle, lamb and all meat products. I am vegetarian just because of thinking of things like this. But I completely understand what you meant, and I disagree with the abuse of animals. But it is not their fault.
Yep, this doesn't only apply to Ethiopia. I've seen this all around the world, especially Africa. It's incredibly sad. I've seen extremely horrible things being done to dogs, sheep, goats, donkeys, horses. In West Africa there were dozens of dead, bloated donkeys just dead on the side of the road after being worked to death. I was shocked when I went to the local camel market in Egypt. Check out Watkins 3: Birgash Camel Market...but video just can't capture the cruelty.

this is depressing but the US meat industry still treats animals much worse. I wish animals has the same rights as humans when it comes to how they are treated.
Glad to see this video...The story is so true and i'm glad for this video to help the ethiopians educate and empathize. this could be an example why the ethiopians suffer...Make a better place for the animals and god will fogive them and give them a better place as well.
