After a good nights sleep I can recall the Silverstein winning the case was a news item. The resistance was removed by some other means (pre-placed explosives). Any fire damage was asymmetrical yet the building went straight down symmetrically. Scattered fires could not do that. Period.

I think the deal with Silverstein is that he was told that the buildings would be immediately evacuated after the first impact, and there would only be a few hundred casualties. Whether by design or not, there were 3000 dead, and this truly did shock him, which is why he let his guard down. Obviously Silverstein is a blabbermouth and was not let in on the full plot.

After a good nights sleep I can recall the Silverstein winning the case was a news item. It went on for about a minute but I doubt it was one of the main channels like Fox etc. I saw it about three four years ago but I can't recall where I saw it - youtube but not sure. Certainly he did win the case so some sort of recognition would have been noted.

@PoetryHound i just looked up all the figures, silverstien already owned wtc 7 then 2 months before 911 he bought the rest of the complex and took out a insurance policy on them for 7 billion. he only payed one down payment of 124 million. he tried to get the full 7 billion but only got 4.6 billion. so id say he made a sweet profit.

@ganjaking187 You're getting warmer. Two months before 9/11 he won a competitive bid to LEASE the other buildings - not the rest of the complex, just WTC 1,2,4, & 5. Nope, the insurance policy wasn't for $7 billion. It was $3.5 billion. He tried to get just $1.5 billion in coverage but his lenders said no. Not exactly the behavior of someone engaged in insurance fraud. Plus, not all the policies were even in place when 9/11 struck.
Sweet profit? You must have missed what I wrote about that.

@PoetryHound thats bull he tried to get the full 7 billion in court saying that because it was 2 planes it should be 2 separate incidences but he only got 4.6 billion, not a bad profit considering he only put down 124 million. where did you get your numbers from? cause all the media outlets ive seen confirm my numbers.
