Can anyone tell me the difference between the Superhero Registration act compared to the Mutant Registration act from before? So, if you were born with powers, you didn't have to register this time?
@SithHound Its hard to really be sure, as most books were fairly vague about the details of the act, so there are a few contradictions and contrivances. From what I can gather though, S.H.I.E.L.D. let the X-Men and any mutants wanting to take shelter on the Xavier Mansion grounds stay nuetral, but essentially under house arrest. As for any mutants who specificly chose a side, they seemed to be treated accordingly.
