i work security at the chargers games. they wouldn't arrest him for nothing. there are tens of thousands of people in the stadium at the time screaming their team name. he did something to be taken away. and its not certain he is arrested. when taking anyone away at the stadium, they are cuffed. even people who comply with security and cops MUST be cuffed when taken away. cuffing does not equal arrest.

In fact, the USA TODAY (on 12/17/2007) did not do a news story about the egregious rise in police brutality cases since 9/11/2001 (thanks to a more lax approach to hiring police officers).

If the Jets fan would've had half a brain, he wouldn't have resisted. When people get thrown out of the Q, a cop does it and the people are often cuffed -- especially when they resist (we can't see if they were going to cuff him when he was first approached because that part isn't isn't in this video).
He should've just went along with the cops and then filed a claim against them for unlawful detainment. There's no doubt the security/cops were wrong on this.

They had a cameraman on the sideline filming the opposing coordinators trying to steal signals, which every team from junior high on does! The only rule the Pats broke was that the cameraman must be in a designated area, not on the sideline. The Jets had their cameraman thrown out of Gilette Stadium the season prior for doing EXACTLY the same thing, yet the Patriots didn't go crying to the league about it! LMAO Mangina the rat!
