My best shot was from about 200 ft out with a shark. It just started stabilizing about 20 ft out, almost hovering, hits a branch and dives into the basket. I had 3 witnesses. It was effing epic.
I am wondering. What kind of discs do you use? I started playing this year and I am getting some INOVA discs. As a beginner I don't know what kinds are good to use.
@McStoney12 There are many discs that have differen't flights. there are four numbers that may be shown on the discs. Speed , glide, turn, and fade. If not on the disc innova has a sheet that you can get when you buy a discs that shows what each one does. Everybody has differen't styles of throwing, try some variaties of discs by borrowing from a friend or another disc golfer. disc golf kicks ass!
@oneswinter yeah its in rock hill S.C which is only 15 min away from where i live. the owners have a huge course in there back yard. its probley one of the nicer courses around.
@MrNa8er cool, im in columbia and go to rock hill bout once a month. is there a name to this course so i can check it? bout to go frolf right now accually
I find it awesome to actually find a video where I've actually been to these courses. Channahon, West Park, Mokena, Shorewood. IDK if you've guys have been to one in Lockport off on Oak Avenue off of Briggs Street, it's a solid course. Still have yet to go to Highland, I'd like to go with someone who has actually played there before so i don't get lost.
@blinkfan124 Well I guess it depends on where you live, and how far you're willing to travel. The course at 5:00 is my home course in valparaiso, Indiana. we have 24 excellent holes. Mokena and West park in Illinois have more than 18 holes. lemon Lake in Crown Point, Indiana has four permanent 18 hole courses in one park it's pretty sick!
If you ever get a chance to make to in the Quad Cities ILL/Iowa there are some good courses around there I love Camden 1 and 2 in milan just outside of the QC
Like this vid. I recognize every hole being from the area. I love Lemon Lake, Rogers Lakewood, and Joliet's West Park. Each park contains some of my favorite holes. I have played over 60 courses so far. I hope to get over 100 in the next two years. Viva the disc fraternity!
@sumrexdiscus4u Hell yeah man! Play whenever wherever you can! I couldn't say how many courses i've played, but I know it isn't anywhere near 60 or 100 maybe 30! I wish you the best of many courses!
@jinsinodam , I assume you like Highland Park in Joliet. Your area kicks ass for disc. You have Shorewood, Channahon, Trinity Links, Lewis U as well as West Park all within ten miles. Lewis U and Campton Hills are my two favorite none hole courses. #2 at West Park totally rocks!
@sumrexdiscus4u Yeah bro, I like golfing those courses. Shannahon and west park and Mokena are nice. I've been to shorewood but didn't care for it much. I actually have to drive an hour or more to get to these courses. I play locally at Rogers Lakewood and Lemon Lake, which is like a discgolfer's dream!
@discgolfkid There are a few different courses on this video. Mostly Rogers Lakewood park in Valparaiso, IN. Lemon Lake Crown Point, IN. West Park in Joliet, ILL.
@meikaaaa I'm sure he doesn't power grip it like a driver. It's a putter, it needs some stabilization from your fingers. I'll have to ask him for you.
it is isnt it, i live about 5 mins aways from joliet and mokena so i have a lot of good courses close to me but whenever we get the chance we head out to in. they have some rowdy courses
hahaah dammm when you guys were playing the white course at lemon lakes did that guy with the blue disc hit the pin on 14 than someone aced the next hole?
I don't Know the song I got it from Youtubes pics. I have played in Michigan once. We went to coldbrook and some other nearby courses. I will go back to MI to play again!
@discgolfer82 I live around the corner from Coldbrook. I hope your played
Robert Morris and Meyer Broadway, or Begg or Kimble pines. Or Irving park. Anyone of them are awesome. Oshetmo to. You need play these in michigan. And this private course in wayland Blue Gill. Sick courses. Come back and play in michigan.
Yeah, I've played Oshtimo, can't remember which one it was though. I've played three of them in MI! I'll send you a message next time we head that way!
I want to play with you all, I throw an average of 350-400 ft, i have only 2 aces to my name and i welcome you to michigan's finest courses Stony Creek, Addison Oaks, and Kensington
@ 3:20, looks like anna page.
