  • @YWCH1291 cold muscles should not be stretched. A little warm up first will prevent injury.

  • do not stretch cold muscles. They must be warmed up first like toffee, the warmer it is the easier it takes being pulled. Even a few minutes of cardio can be made to feel like bellydance. then you will not injure a cold muscle.

  • what is the name of that movement when you moved your head from side to side? you made that look so sexy.
