I shouldn't have to answer that, considering this kind of usurpation of our rights is a direct violation of the constitution. Some of us don't want the Government to control every aspect of our lives. Some people a couple hundred years ago felt the same. What truly instigated the Revolution was the crowns threat of seizing the colonists arms and taking total control of the banks. Do you see a correlation to today? If you read the founders you will understand.

The open options (as it is well known) gives people who currently have insurance the option of another provider OR keep the one that they currently have, IF they like that one. And, even then, it will help to lower the cost of that insurer.

The Civil War was fought far more on the premise of sovereignty of States's rights - just as was the Revolution for Colonial rights - than it ever was about slavery. The issue of slavery was incidental. Keep in mind that African Zouaves enlisting for France came over here to fight and die for the Confederate cause. Matter of fact... It wasn't even a white man at all who surrendered last... It was Stand Watie, a Cherokee chieftan, to be the last Confederate Officer to surrender to the North.

Well this book seems interesting enough. If its full of other facts like that the war wasnt fought over slavery it should be great. FACT:Almost no one on either side owned slaves.FACT:Lincoln hated blacks he said he did not ever want them to become voters,serve on juries. Marry whites or serve any manner of public office. You talk to any historian or better yet just do some research and you will find the civil war was about states rights first and foremost. NOT SLAVERY! When the emancipation proclamation document was signed it was not constitutional. it was an attempt to disarm the south. he never intended to have free black people. besides the declaration of independence was when the colonist wanted to get out from under British rule.
