there's a difference between mixed martial artists and fighters...GSP is a mixed martial artist, meanwhile people like Wanderlei Silva and Forrest Griffin are fighters who aren't exactly technical but fight you with everything they've got..much respect to these 3 dudes and the others who get in the cage and who just fight in general...
There are some all time great mma fighters who still have a real fighters mentality, like Wanderlei Silva and Fedor. There are plenty of mixed martial artists who go in to end fights, and aren't afraid to take some punishment themselves. They seem like a disappearing breed in mma though. I've lost a bit of interest with the latest crop of tacticians like frankie edgar, machida etc.

There are some all time great mma fighters who still have a real fighters mentality, like Wanderlei Silva and Fedor. There are plenty of mixed martial artists who go in to end fights, and aren't afraid to take some punishment themselves. They seem like a disappearing breed in mma though. I've lost a bit of interest with the latest crop of tacticians like frankie edgar, machida etc.
