@zay712 Just saw this message right now. Inshallah I will sometime after Ramadan!! I would email you the recipes BUT maraq recipes vary. It depends if you are making for 10 to 13 ppl (like me) or family of four. You have to practice to get the ingredients just right. In the video i will show the ingredients and everyone else would have to adjust the measurements for themselves.

hahahaha thanks. I'm glad I can make you laugh, but wallah you don't understand how good this dish is. I live in Canada now and I'm the ONLY Yemeni here, lonely and hungry :'(

I'm learnin how to make it through, so inshallah I'll get to eat soon, but it's never the same. I think there is a special ingredient that they put in the Salta in the kitchen back home hahahaha :P

Ali Abdullah Saleh has a special salta mixed with the blood of pregnant cows. It makes him stay young. With this special salta he can still be president till 2150.
