  • Its from the movie Always with Richard Dryfus as the PBY catalina piolot flying the water tanker. Here He is filling through drop down fill ports in to the lake. John goodman is also in the movie. Not a bad movie if you like feel good mushy type endings. If your a fireman you'll love it.

  • Always.

  • My johnson won't turn on!!! DAMN IT!

  • Thank goodness for their Johnson outboard, or they would've been fucked... I like how he's still trying to get that thing started until the last second. lol

  • It's the opening scene from a movie called "always". The plane is not that close tot he boat it's just a the long zoom lens compresses the distance so it looks close. Fun shot.

  • Fishermen: Sam did you let one loose again?

    Sam: No ?

    Both: 0.0!!!!

    -planes flies over-

    Pilot: WELCOME TO AMERICA CHEESEFARTS

  • hahaha Shoulda bought an Evinrude guys!!!!

  • Wooooooaaaaahaahaaahhaaaaaaaaa!!! a classic !!! XD

  • Yeah, I'd be ten feet under the water when that thing got close.

  • I remember this movie :)

  • thumbs up for sleeping guy

  • Dislike :P

  • WTF!?!?

  • In case no one else has posted this, this clip is from the movie "Always" which is a remake of a movie called "A Guy named Joe"

  • no not fake taken from film about fire fightin aircraft always Richard Dreyfuss stars as Pete, a dare-devil aerial firefighter with a penchant for taking a lot of unneccesary chances in ... I love this movie

  • It looked like Henry Winkler and Bill Murray.

  • what are you guys talking about?!?!?!!?!? this is 100% real

    you guys a morons

  • If it *is* a commercial ad, not good for Johnson outboard motors....lol

  • i remember that commercial, and the news story of when the lady saw that commercial and then BAM! her house burnt to the ground

  • nope, all my poop is still in my butt, thank you very much.

  • i'll remember not to buy johnson boat engine

  • LOL, I can do way better,...but...got to give away This Mustang, divorce,

    Click my channel for contact.

  • Yeah so you just had a video camera on you two at the time. Sorry guys but that looked fake.

  • epic

  • its a movie from 1989 called ''Always''

  • talk a bout shiting your self

  • that plane would obviously make noise if u heard him reeling in

  • The Boat Musta' Had A Chevy Engine

  • First off this is a scene from the 1989 movie Always. Second, any water bomber in North america (this was based in the states) has to have whats called a "bird dog" fly infront of the bombers with a warning alarm when the bombers are scooping or dropping water.

  • I SHAT MY PANTS WHEN THE SCREEN STUFFED UP!

  • the movie is called always

  • its off of a movie iv watched it.

  • nice touch and go

  • Funny

  • fake but funny

  • You are all stupid for arguing about this. It's from a movie or commercial, so your all right! It's fake becacue it is set up but it's real because it's a stunt and really did happen for the film, so shut the fuck up already...

  • @gregbails4 Well not to sound too nerdy *puts on nerdy glasses* but the stunt was done by using a specific lens on the camera with a zoom which give the impress that the aircraft is actually closer to the boat then it really is. Thus the Stunt although real was nowhere near the distances that may appear to have been during the viewing of this footage. Simple Camera Tricks make a perfectly safe stunt such as landing really far away look like a close call. :P

  • of course its fake. how dumb can u be -.-' its a commercial.

  • @kaydenterryofficial its off of a movie.

  • @tdogtdog3 egh, close enuff xD theyre both on tv's lol

  • just look at the water exacly when the planes passes the boat and you will see its not fake u plants ......how the fuck did u guyz got so many thumbs up ? internet is full of stupid kidds this days

  • @TPunisheer shut up

  • @TPunisheer The camera angle it cut to at 00:39... explain that, it's staged and edited, not real... idiot.

  • The Chroma Key POWER :D

  • would make a good commercial for mercury outboard motors for sure

  • Instead of starting the boat engine, Why not maybe jump in the water?

Also he pilot would've seen them

  • his johnson was to small to start

  • How's it fake, you just watched a plane fly over two fishermen at the last second. You could say it was scripted/choreographed/rehearsed/planned. But it's not fake.

  • its from the movie always, great movie

  • i think its a WWII PBY Catalina

  • ha that plane almost looks like one of howard hughes planes

  • from the second an image popped on to my screen i knew this was gunna be fake and gay

  • it's a clip from a movie, either Always or fire storm I think.

  • I thought this was going to be about snipers.

  • Should have bought a Mariner.

  • what movie is this? loooks so familiar!

  • @yynnmmbb i hate people like u who hav 2 take the fun out of evrything get a life

  • IF you had amercury on there instead of that johnson, it woulda started first pull

  • allways what a great film lol

  • shit.

  • Fucking FAKE. Nobody spin casts that far out in the deep water.

  • 414 liked it, 28 didnt like it

  • 28 people crap their pants

  • look at the old man on the left sleeping and when he wakes up it shit in his pants

  • chuck norris all over again

  • Johnson products always fail on you, fuck you johnson company!

  • jajajajajajajajajajajajajajaja

  • WHAT THEY SAID:

    - OH SHIT ITS A PLANE -TURN ON YOUR JOHNSON

    - MY JOHNSON ISNT WORKIN -DIVE FOR IT!

  • @manugkenny that can be misunderstoud...

  • That would suck pretty badly.

  • obviously not fake! i mean, who doesnt have a film crew with them when they go fishing!?

  • @asshatnowhere159

    true true:D

  • @asshatnowhere159 yeah, someone have to get a picture of what you find, right?

  • @asshatnowhere159 thoughs fishing shows.....

  • @asshatnowhere159 matt hayes... =|

  • @asshatnowhere159 of course its off a movie -.- damn trolls now a days

  • @asshatnowhere159 Geeze I can't ever leave my house without having a production team edit some cuts in between my walk to the front door. Extreme Close Up: Dead Bolt Lock being locked with keys: Cut: Establishing Shot of Exterior: Cut: Reaction Shot.

  • why did the title make me laugh

  • did they jump in the water or duck down in the boat?

  • @4WayProductoins jumped in the water

  • How could u think this is real killzone474and kevguy250556

  • Yes it's fake

  • I laugh everytime i see it.

  • I can relate; trying to start an old Johnson outboard.

  • for those of you who are into this, this is from a movie called Always by Steven Spielberg. It really is a good movie.

  • haha fake but still funny :D

  • lol

  • 0:13 -- who knos what might happen?

  • JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA

  • That was great!!!

  • It looks fake like the boatmen and the plane have been filmed separately and put together. The lack of expression on the guy's face is a giveaway. He should look horrified or at least slightly disturbed.

Thanks to 9-11 a lot of folks are now able to tell a fake from a true filmed event.

  • @Khamomil its called 80's acting, its from a movie.

  • Fake

  • @Philipracer no shit

  • @Philipracer you think, fucking idiot

  • Imagine waking up to that... xD

  • at :28 "were gonna need a bigger boat' O_O

  • The plane is World War II vintage Consolidated PBY Catalina. Post war many World War II bomber and maritime aircraft were modified for firefighting. I even saw an old B-17 still flying in Idaho in the 80s. Wouldn't surprise me if a few of those PBY's are still around.

  • that guy is just a asshole

  • Isn't this a scene from "Always"?

  • @DandAinTac Yes.

  • That guy was freaking out LOL why didn't he try to start the engine earlier of if couldn't jumped overboard with his friend. Screw waking him up he'll forgive u.

  • looks like a real stunt

  • what movie is this?

  • Would be a great ad for Mercury...lol.

  • it does really looks like a biig toy plane but when it get closer i almost shit myself

  • I might know of a tanker pilot who would actually probably pull this kind of stunt in real life during a loading scoop...

  • First i thought it was a toy plane in Front of them then i was like OMG!!

  • LOL

  • Fuckin'hell i would have started praying seing that Goose coming towards My Goose :P

  • You know, if they were ever really in this situation, use the trolling motor at the front. It should be strong enough to get them out of the way, provided they had it in at the time.

  • so fake

  • @Waluigi2k9 Actually, it's 100% real. The boat and plane were actually there. They just messed with the depth to make it look closer then it really was.

  • did they die?

  • idiot its fake its from a movie they switched angles like 5 times ofc there wasnt a camera just happening to be all around their boat.

  • dude if i was the co-pilot i would have been like

dude.. dude those are fishermen hehe heh lets scare the crap out of em...

  • Dude, dude, dude, if I had been one o' them dudes I would've doed doody like heavy duty!

  • See the "Kill Your Family Show". On youtube

  • I guarantee that the pov of the camera made it look closer than it was.

  • Opening scene from movie called Always. Movie about forest fire fighters. Good movie.

  • The scene is from a movie (Always), but the plane is not fake (that is, it's not some imaginary, fanciful, unrealistic plane invented by the art director or special effects department). It's a PBY Catalina, a WW2-era plane (as is the A-26 also used as a fire-fighting plane in the movie) and you can see photos of them here via Google, just type PBY Catalina in Image search. And, they really do refill by skimming water from lakes -- though I hope it's against the rules to scare boaters.

  • @gmsherry1953 been paddling a river in idaho and had a bucket dropped right into the same pool we had eddy boats out in... wildland fire guys are nuts...

  • @TheGtoFan is a hidroplane u retard lol
