A great overview, Denise, that any one can listen to in a couple minutes and go out and use immediately. I think everyone should listen to this 'survey your clients' idea. It'll help them focus quickly and get answers they need right away. Thank you for sharing it.
Isn't it amazing how something can be right at our fingertips and, yet, we miss it? "Ask"! What a concept! :) And what I'm discovering is that most people are more than willing to talk about themselves and they enjoy sharing their "favorite" anything. Surveys are super simple to design and they can usually be created at no cost to you.
