Oh my gosh.. I used to hate doing the plank exercise so I havent done it for 1 year but now since I have seen this video, it looks so much fun and easy!!
I used to be able to do it for 3 minutes last summer, but I can't anymore. This excersise is the best! My whole body is shaking, and I feel so strong if I do it for at least 2 minutes.
Nice work for improving since your first time. One minute is much better than a second. For the record, I managed to do 2 minutes and 5 seconds, with two 25's on my back, and I weigh 245 pounds, 6'2" and 19 years old. That's 295 pounds being held for more than two minutes!
I h8 doing this cuz the bumps on the balance board jab into my bones! im thin and my elbows have bruises because of this challenge! but I like feeling the burn :D
On this excercise, I put my hamper on the wii balance board. It stood straight, and I got a new record! But I got in trouble so I can't do it anymore.
i managed to do 3 minutes today, my goodness it hurrrrtts! now my stomach hurts and it must have been about 6 hours ago now, but everytime i laugh my stomach hurts, like hellllllll. i dnt think ill ever manage it again...:S

I am always way at the bottom, and they don't count it :(

it really hurt, i dont think ill ever do that again. it still hurt to walk about 3 days later, im ok now tho :) but not been on wii fit since... :S
