Especially considering that the engine is mounted in the worst place possible: at the back!!

i hear ya man. My father owns the 997 turbo and the thing is simply amazing, ive only driven it once but it was a memory i wont ever forget and hopefully will repeat many times. He is actually writing letters to porsche trying to get his hands on one of these gt2's but the chances are slim to none, considering they will only import 300 to the states:(
