Beautiful voice. Just anticipate the position of initial notes at the beginning of phrases by raising your soft palate. Keep working. You are a talented man and have a beautiful touching voice.
you have such beautiful resonance! a beautifully powerful voice...but the expression is ruined by the sliding/scooping...just hit the note right on! you can do it (you aren't scooping around 2:00), think what the note is in your head...'hear' it before you sing it.
I love how full your voice is, but try not to scoop and slide into the notes so often, especially if it's not written in the music. (And I don't think it is; I'm doing this piece for a competition this weekend.)
