the last album i heard was "whta doesnt kill you...." and i almost threw up when i heard it and i ahvent listened to anything from that cd on. i consider candiria dead so RIP Candiria and Irate (who actually broke up). Phil Vibez was the man, Irate played in a lil hole in the wall club in Albany when he had broken legs in a horriblesnow storm. he had to literally crawl on stage, much love to all the bands that kept it real

you are right that that label is a circle jerk. tight knit collective of musicians same mindset.

i liked the blood brothers after burn piano island burn though i lost track of them. i still fire up their vinyls when i can. im one of those i liked them when their recordings were raw and not produced up-to-standards. im a fiend for demo tapes and live recordings.

p.s. i miss this candiria... until i fire up the cds and ignore everything they do in recent years.
