In almost all his fights at 170, his opponents were always much bigger and stronger than he was. It's been said that both GSP and Diaz had 20 lbs on BJ on fight night. BJ just goes in there and SCRAPS! He even fought Machida for God's sake! BJ will always get my respect!
I realized that some fighters, win or lose, will always be winners because they come to fight. Someone with a 20-10 record who consistently comes in to scrap, is better than someone with a 30-2 record who avoids fights to win on points. BJ will always be one of those winners to me.
GSP and Penn are one of my faves because of their respect towards MMA in general. And the majority of UFC fans seem to really respect GSP. However it's always fun to watch fighters like Josh K. Bj penn is not over rated. I Think Diaz is absolute class. But what Bj said is true wrestlers can not defend GSP takedown but then again Diaz is a master off his back I like this fight diaz wont tire. It will be close but GSP is not coming to stand put it that way. Unfortunate I have to go GSP via split decision. You have to take the belt from the champ that is hard. I hope I am wrong.

But saying that Nick Diaz is absolute class makes everything you say totally ignorable. An awesome fighter? Yes. Beastly cardio? Yes. Ridiculous boxing and Jiu-Jitsu? Yes. Crazy as hell? Yes. Bj hit the nail on this one for sure. unless GSP break, Diaz is gonna get mauled. GSP talks about it all the time, who ever pushes the pace (also known as the *riddum*) controls the fight mentally. when your mentally in control, no matter how tired of fatigued you are, you are able to push through due to the comfort you feel from that control.
