Ok, thank you for the review. Are there any bad points on the AEG that you dislike? For example nonsturdy parts, badly finished things, etc? With other words, would you recommend it?

Seems weird that a support gun wouldn't have room for a large type battery but you can change the battery infield quick enough. Its sturdy enough and looks the business. I'd recommend it.

I'm planning to buy one as a squad automatic weapon, but because it's relatively cheap (much cheaper then my CA M15 SPR) I have my doubts about the quality. How is the A&K, is it nicely finished and sturdy? And did you have any critical maulfunctions yet?

Ya, the website is new. Its been recruiting people to group up and play together since the local field had closed down before summer. I think they are trying to get 1 game per month maybe 2. But we had 50+ attendees at the first even in June, and for the august one that is late august, we already have 30 peeps signed up.

where does the sling go and do any parts i can use to uprgrade it to 400 fps

starts off with a fps close to 400fps. Sling goes on the sling hooks, they are obvious when its there in front of you.

All three of your reviews are great. A+ job mate; but how about know with reliability, performance, RoF, FPS, and any other issues with the gun?

What is the best battery for it that wont make the gun break and will make it good still?

I use a large type 8.4v battery duct taped to the outside...otherwise you have to use a mini type...

how tall are ya fella? i'm like 5'6" about and was lookin' into gettin' one. i got a bunch of pistols, so cqc isn't too big a prob, but still, would it be an awkward piece for a smaller guy. short, and scrawny arms. is it a beezy when its slung? thanks

I'm about 6 foot, its very heavy and even when its slung its heavy, so its all about how much you personaly can take. We gave it to a shorter guy and he was able to wield it with full webbing on, but then again he's taking his OSC for the royal marines so every time he complained we told him "suck it up royal" :-p

Just a few points.

It's best not to maintain fire for excessive amounts of time. Its still just a standard AEG at heart. If you hold the trigger down for 30 seconds you WILL be buying yourself a new gearbox.

This gun will take any M4/M15/M16 type mags. STANAG and VN types.

whatever you want it to be, at stock its something like 400fps has to be downgraded for uk sites.
