Try looking it up on google type in DOWNLOAD MUGEN. Either that or try looking it up on youtube. There are video tutourials here that'll tell you how to do it and what to search for. There are also tutourials for installing characters on the game.

u download one then in ur naruto battle arena folder you go to characters then u add the folder to the floder then go select.def then type in the characters name like for example kyuubi naruto,random,order= 6
