I use easy youtube video downloader to download youtube videos, it has on the bottom of the place with the description has the option to download as FLV, 3GP, MP4, or HD MP4 if its HD, you should check it out

I recommend instead of using Fast Video Download to download videos, use Video DownloadHelper by MIG. It also allows you to download other content such as flash files, images, and videos. If you can't find it, just look under the recommended addons by Mozilla.
