one of the reasons that music therapy works so well, is that you use a different part of the brain to sing than you do to talk...so a lot of people with ADHD and Tourette's are able to sing. The religion thing bothers me a little bit too...but oh well. I did enjoy this post. thank you

No, because miracles are what people make of them. Yes, great and miraculous things can happen, but why does god have to be the reason for them. The way I look at what people consider miracles are things that are completely capable of happening int he natural world without divine intervention. Like your accident example. God wasn't driving either car and god didn't lift one car out of a way. You as humans hit the cars just right as to not kill yourself.

That's the great thing about science, we don't know everything, but we are striving to find answers. All because something isn't explainable now doesn't mean it wont be in the future. Take for example why we get sick. Back in the day we used to believe it was curses or bad luck or karma or what have you. Now we know it is caused by germs. Miracles are our version of rare good luck. That's all it is.

How is she a delusional christian? She doesn't think that she is cured. She just knows now that it doesn't have to consume her. Her burden doesn't have her any longer. She is now proud of who she is and God made her that way for a reason. He uses people like her to show people like you that once you ask him to come in to your heart he's going to give you a life of happiness. You can still have just as much fun as you did before you just make better choices.

To believe wholeheartedly in the words of a bunch of desert people from the bronze age and there thoughts about the universe is delusional. not to mention the bible is absolutely full of contradictions(Romans 3:10,Ecclesiastes9:1), false scientific facts(Luke 4:5), horrible punishment(the old testament), as well as a slew of other inconsistencies. not quite what you'd expect from an all powerful god huh?

how old are u 12? When u get older u will realize just like I had 2 that doing all these things isn't fun! I lived like that 4 34 yrs & thankfully I found Christ just in time. What u don't understand just like every non believer u still have just as much fun and then u realize that what u were doing wasn't much fun.
