another way to do this is to go to the trailer fueling station in a helicopter, near the airport, drop down so you glitch under the map and fly to the land under the water. I did it once and its a funny glitch when online and using RPG's.

For all u guys that tried this this guy is showing the wrong place where he at first if ya look Alone the wall there is a v in the rocks get in front of it and swim toward it it's much faster

Nice man, it works, I spawned a veichle and parked underneath the train lines and when the train went by it knocked the veichle down! lol
