Very good, the music seems very silent (if it isn't an OST of Silent Hill, but I guess yes). The best part I guess it is at the end... really good work! ;)

That's The beautiful The Reverse Will from Sh2 Ost, and the voice you can hear in the song, is Laura's voice saying that short pray you can hear at the beginning of the video,but reversed ^^
