It is a GS550L 1980 Suzuki and my helmet is a 1x you can use almost any helmet all I did was measure my v570 and cut that shape out of the Styrofoam with steak knives. Very un sophisticated but effective.

@therealdavidhok Not a smart move at all. Cutting ANY helmet or drilling a hole for your cammera or anyother reason is STUPID. they make helmet mounts for a reason. Cutting a hole renders it will probably fail to protect you When you crash.

I have some advice for u RIDE YOUR DAM BIKE AND PAY ATTENTION.your not exempt from bad mortorcycle accidents just because your making a You tube video.You need your full attention when u ride a bike.Full awareness, Ive road for 31 years never wrecked and avoided several accidents because I payattention.
