Mars Volta is what you get if you give instruments to meth heads. All Fall of Troy does is arrange it into a cohesive song that is otherwise enjoyable to listen to.

While Mars Volta has their moments, I find them quite overrated.

Fall of Troy will forever kick their ass.

The Fall of Troy write challenging, engaging, technically diverse music. It goes to show that technique and songwriting can be combined to make amazingly heavy and enjoyable tunes.
