Lunges are the best way to work out and feel like you actually did something. I love Stephen. He's so educated, and knows exactly what he's talking about!

I hate doing lunges have a bad right knee had doin g squats as well.. But I still do them to workout out my quads and inner thighs..

@TheIndiBella You can use anything with lungees; dumbells, barbells..even water bottles if you find dumbells too heavy :)
