If you do not need that international keyboard get rid of it so that that world/globe icon disappears from being next to that microphone icon.

Go to settings>general>international­>keyboards and delete the not-needed keyboards unti you are left with just the English QWERTY one.

Try clicking on the word "for S" that's underlined in blue. I think they may give you different options? Works similarly for android.

Also, for punctuation, try saying "question mark" at the end. That might work.
