Hey Fred! Actually this wasn't on fathers day, it was pulled from last autumn, I had to work yesterday, but it is pretty representative of the time spent with my dad on our days off.  Lots of hiking too. I'm very lucky and do not take a minute of it for granted. Thanks for your comment!

This was cool! It made me smile! I'm glad you had a great fathers day with your Dad, I had a good one with my kids. My kids and I went Garage saleing and we got heaps of toys, the best part was their faces as they looked at me and waited for their change and smiled. The one time pocket change can last a lifetime :)

Fishing is a great past time for my father and I too, though more from the creek/river bank/boat rather then the fly fishing/wader needing kind.
